Wayne Paige is an award-winning video photographer, editor, creative director and visual storyteller whose deep expertise in online video technology makes him the go-to resource for innovative media delivery solutions. A former broadcast photojournalist, Wayne specializes in capturing authentic, unscripted moments that bring Wave One Film’s stories to life.
An accomplished editor, he understands how powerfully music can shape emotion. His instinct for pairing the right musical elements with compelling visuals—and his ability to weave those elements into a cohesive narrative—creates the memorable audience connections Wave One Films is known for. Wayne has edited and produced a wide range of broadcast and digital media projects, including short- and long-form documentaries, marketing pieces, broadcast commercials, infomercials, and music videos.
When he’s not filming or editing, you’ll likely find him on the dance floor perfecting his latest Zumba, U-JAM and GROOV3 moves. There’s a reason he’s known as the Dance King.
Holly Paige is an award-winning broadcast and digital media producer, project manager, scriptwriter, and story development consultant. She guides leaders and teams through complex storytelling projects with clarity, calm, and minimal surprises—delivering high-quality results without the drama. A former TV news reporter and anchor, Holly knows how to uncover the heart of any story and help even the most camera-shy individuals feel comfortable and confident on screen.
Like Wayne, she has produced a wide spectrum of broadcast and digital media content, including short- and long-form documentaries, marketing and promotional videos, and video case studies of award-winning corporate projects.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys solving jigsaw puzzles, baking pies, and taking long walks through Portland’s scenic neighborhoods.
